What's the minimum order quantity for exporting Chinese EVs, and can orders be consolidated?
Short answer:
There's no fixed MOQ — a single unit ships RoRo or in its own container, while multi-unit orders can be consolidated to cut per-car freight cost.
There's no minimum order quantity. A single buyer can order one car — it typically moves by RoRo where a route exists, or in its own 20ft/40ft container.
- 1 unit — RoRo (cheapest, if your destination port has a RoRo service) or a dedicated container.
- 2-3 units — usually consolidated into one 40ft container, lowering the per-vehicle freight cost versus shipping separately.
- 4+ units (dealers) — full or multiple containers, palletized loading plans, and staged delivery can be arranged.
If you're planning a multi-unit order, tell us the models and quantities and we'll quote consolidated freight alongside the per-unit landed cost.
